We booked for 11 people last night all have different meals from the menu, we did pre-order which helped the chef, but the meals were all delivered as arranged and everybody thought they was very good. It was a Tuesday night so the quiz was on which we was unaware of, but they made us welcome. The atmosphere was great. We all thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Everyone said they would be back for a meal . and the drinks were first class too.. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

popped into The Priory for a quick lunch while on a day trip. It's your standard pub/ fast food setup – nothing fancy, but it does the job. The food was fine for the price; I had the winter warmers 2-course meal for around £13, which was excellent value, and my dog even got a free chicken dinner, which was a lovely touch . The service was a mixed bag. One of the barmen, Michael, was brilliant – really friendly and polite. But on another visit, the service was slow, and we had to chase up our order after a long wait. The food came out hot once it arrived, so no complaints there . The gents' toilets let the place down a bit – they were pretty grim and had a strong smell, which is a shame because the pub itself looked fine . Overall, it's a decent local for a cheap pint and a bite to eat, especially if you're bringing the dog. Just don't expect anything fancy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A really lovely spacious pub,dog friendly but advised to stay on a lead as per pub policy. The bar staff and owners are attentive and super friendly. Highly recommend. Super friendly and a lovely casual night out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
