I had a fantastic brunch at Profética this morning. Great cappuccino, fruit plate (really fresh, varied and abundant), and a delicious, creative huevos griegos. The outdoor setting is super welcoming. And my server Riccardo was great - very attentive. Will definitely make this a regular stop when I’m visiting Puebla.
