It is a very nice place. Nevertheless we went there for coffee and it was very expensive for what we had. 3€ a cappuccino…. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Program Bar in Zagreb is a great place for a relaxed coffee break or working on your laptop. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, with a modern interior and good energy. The coffee is tasty and the service is friendly and efficient. Definitely a nice spot to spend some time in the city.
