This tiny diner was for a quick meal. We ordered eggs, home fries, bacon, and rye toast. The food was ok, everything was a bit over cooked. The service was excellent though. The place is small but a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. I would return because of the exceptional service and no wait in a busy area. Progress Diner is a small little quaint diner. The food wasn't necessarily exceptional but it was satisfying. The server was polite. Prices are reasonable. I went on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't very crowded at all. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
