First time trying this place! Mac and cheese was fire! Pulled pork, and polish’s were amazing. I’m guessing the burnt ends are good too as they called and told me they were sold out at noon. The Polish was the substitute and it was really good. The brisket was a little drier than I expected but still great. 10/10 recommend. We will be back to order and try some other things on the menu! I stopped at Project 47 Smokehouse when passing through Mohomet, IL. I had brisket, pulled pork & sausage which were all great. Also tried the pork rinds with horsey sauce, also pretty good. The staff was very friendly and attentive, my order was brought out quickly, no complaints here. I will stop again when I'm back in the area. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
