I highly recommend going to Project LeanNation Syracuse, not only is it clean, energetic & welcoming but the staff & customers are like a family. I've lost 74 pounds and changed to a healthy lifestyle with the help of Project LeanNation. The shakes & meals here are worth getting to reach your goals as well, they're amazing.
