On a calm afternoon in Dubno, Ukraine, I stopped for lunch at Promenade, a cozy restaurant nestled right in the heart of the city’s central park. I started with a traditional Ukrainian soup and finished with a flaky croissant and an Americano — simple dishes, yet full of warmth and flavor that gently washed away the fatigue of travel. Soft Ukrainian folk music played in the background, and through the windows I could see the greenery of the park, creating a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were kind and welcoming, adding to the sense of comfort and unhurried time. One of the best parts: pets are welcome here — a lovely touch that makes the place feel even more open and inviting.
