I was cycling through Frome and had a nasty fall and my derailer was bent and the chaps kindly fixed it amazing service and really tasty coffee in the coffee shop fully recommended these guys

Excellent bike shop with a massive range of gear and a great in-shop cafe! I booked a bike fit with Tony to address ongoing lower back and saddle discomfort that previous fits elsewhere couldn't solve. Tony is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He adjusted my saddle height, which instantly relieved my back pain and improved my aero position, and recommended wider shoes for better comfort. After a few weeks of letting the new position settle, I went back for a dedicated saddle fitting. Tony tried multiple options until we found the perfect match. I'm now completely pain-free, with no groin or back issues. My power and aerodynamics have both improved simply because I'm finally comfortable. Outstanding service!

I have been considering a Pinarello X series bike for a while and, during a recent trip to London, visited the Pinarello store. Although being very helpful there were no bikes available in my size. Back home I related my London experience to a friend who advised me to give Pronto a call. Bingo! Jake at Pronto Bikes confirmed they had stock of most sizes in the X range. A few days later I visited Pronto where Jake spent considerable time with me discussing my needs and possible solutions. I test rode an X7 which was great, but decided to take up the offer of a custom build based on a Dogma X frame. The parts ordered and the bike expertly built within a couple of days, the bike is a “dream”. I would like to thank Jake, Rob who built the bike, and all the staff. I am over the moon with the result. “If you need anything bike related, not just Pinarello, contact Pronto Bikes you won’t be disappointed”.
