What happened to pronto? This used to be great food and top quality, last 3 times the chicken was rubbery and gamey we couldn't finish the sandwich, something is wrong and the quality has been going down only and now I'm scared to order anymore even though I used to eat from Pronto nearly weekly Please have a look at the quality of chicken used and the preparation and cooking stages.
