Highly recommended! The cocktails are truly unique and creative, and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into each one. They’re genuinely impressive and consistently wow. Behind the bar stands Mateusz, the “cocktail concierge,” whose passion is to elevate every guest’s visit. With him guiding the way, you’re taken on a carefully curated journey around the world through their menu – each cocktail crafted with unique ingredients and bold creativity. The result? Flavor sensations that impress even the most seasoned cocktail connoisseurs. Supporting him are IGGY and Rita, a duo that together with Mateusz form the three musketeers of mixology. Their skill, warmth, and attention to detail ensure your night is as perfect as it gets. Everything is thoughtfully designed – from the stylish aprons to the custom-stamped ice cubes, every touch adds to the experience. We were three guys with extensive bar experience, counting hundreds if not thousands of venues worldwide. Yet we unanimously agree: PROOFbar is something you simply have to experience at least once in your life. We loved it so much, we went back twice! To top it off, we also visited their sister bar Rusty Rat, where Nina mixed deeply memorable cocktails (my personal favorite: Penitents’ Bridge, a tiramisu in a glass) while Tomek served their legendary burgers – truly some of the best we’ve had. As a special souvenir, Mateusz’s own Bartenders Manual, written during the pandemic, now lives on my coffee table. Though it’s in Polish, my phone translates it easily – and it never fails to spark conversations with guests. In summary: PROOF Cocktail bar is not just a bar – it’s an experience where craftsmanship, passion, and storytelling meet at the highest level.
