Proper Bar was a total happy accident for us. We stopped in for a quick after-work drink and somehow ended up staying for six hours and dinner. That alone says everything. The drinks are incredibly well crafted, the food was just as impressive, and everything we had hit the mark. What really made the experience stand out was the service—we had the best server, attentive, fun, and made the whole night feel effortless. The space itself is beautiful and adds to the overall vibe. Definitely a spot worth visiting—just don’t expect to leave quickly. Price per person: $80–90 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It was ok. We waited forever to get our drinks and food and I am bummed that they had limited vegetarian options. Desserts were great though. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $50–60

Loved the atmosphere but our waitress hated her job and was rude to us for no reason. I also go the salmon tartare and i swear it was canned salmon with mayonnaise. It was nasty and greasy. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
