We went to Proper Pizza in Saranda and it was a great experience . Staff was friendly, toilets were clean and the pizza was great. In Shkoder, it’s a totally different experience . It was just horrible. Not only is the place dirty but one waiter also scammed me. Instead of getting 2000 LeK change, the guy has given me 200. He said let’s check the video and I agreed straight away. All of a sudden 4 other guys appeared and cornered us. We walked out then as it was not worth getting beaten up over 1800 LEK. Just make sure you don’t pay with big notes and have another person with you as a witness. And avoid Proper Pizza Shkoder. As I said, awesome experience in Saranda !!
