Poor food, terrible service.  Went in for sports bar tv and food.  Waitress was making out with some guy off to the side of the bar.  Had to go to the bar to ASK for someone to wait on us.

Ordered Props Brewery & Grill via Delivery.com . Said it would be delivered within 45 mins, took over an hour. Okay, it's a busy Sat. nite. Our family includes past and current servers, so we are willing to sympathize with almost any situation. We typically eat out often (- not lately due to covid but very often before, 5x or more per week) leave 20% or better tip for restaurant service in nearly every circumstance even if it's subpar food or service. Here we paid delivery $4.99 plus service fee $1.92 in addition to leaving delivery driver their recommended tip of nearly $6. Their links didn't work to follow progress of order although they did send text msgs.   Once the food arrived, the burger and onion rings were fine but the $11.09 pretzel was missing its mustard sauce and there wasn't any buffalo sauce on the $13.18 chicken tenders in the chicken tender basket, they were just plain, dry, fried chicken fingers. Ugh. Called Props, caller indicated she'd packed the order herself and after we explained she confirmed her mistakes then she said she couldn't leave to bring sauce. We're in a condo on vaca without condiments hanging around in fridge to fix their error. Food would have already been cold anyway by the time sauces arrived. Asked for some type of adjustment, instead. Props said to call delivery.com for adjustment. ? Called delivery.com who offered $5 future use credit. Five dollar future delivery credit for two food items, nearly $25 worth, that can't be enjoyed? They said they'd call Props to further discuss. We suggested they just come and collect their food that we can't eat for a proper credit. About an hour and 15 mins later, nearly 9:00 pm, delivery.com calls... (at least they followed up). They said Props indicated they'd remake the order. Really? And wait another hour+ for its delivery? Original order was placed at 6:40. And that's not what we had asked for, what seemed to us a fair request being that one of us was now still hungry.  We're not trying to get something for nothing here.   Just do the right thing, take it back and credit us for food we can't eat. By this time, we were ready to turn in for the night, not eat. Declined what would have essentially been 2-hour-late food, threw out the inedible food, so no dinner for one person nor any credit or apology was the outcome of this unpleasant transaction. The experience leaves a bad taste to say the least. Hopefully, this detailed review will help many other hungry, innocent prospective diners make a better restaurant choice than we had. Enjoy this beautiful Okaloosa beach!
