Had a fantastic lunch at Prossimo Ristorante! We ordered the cheese wheel Alfredo, and not only was it a showstopper, it made us question why we ever settle for Olive Garden or jarred Alfredo sauce from the store. It was creamy, fresh, and indulgent in the best way. We added shrimp and chicken as our proteins, and wow... the chicken was the standout. Perfectly crisped with incredible flavor in every bite. The shrimp and Alfredo could’ve used just a touch more seasoning, but everything was still delicious and clearly made with quality ingredients. The atmosphere is sleek yet relaxed, making it a great spot for a mid-day treat or a date-worthy dinner. The service was attentive and friendly, and the overall vibe elevated the whole experience. I was dining alone so I sat at the Bar and the Staff was great. I came to have the Octopus and I was not disappointed. It was tinder and delicious. It was a wonderful meal and I will be back for sure.
