Prost West Seattle is an absolute classic. The beers are amazing—excellent German beers served the way they’re meant to be enjoyed. Pair that with authentic German food and you’ve got a place that truly rocks. I’ve been coming here for 20+ years, and the quality, atmosphere, and consistency have never disappointed. It’s the kind of spot that becomes part of your routine and your memories—great beer, great food, and a welcoming, old-school pub vibe that’s hard to find these days.
