what a good night for a perfect night at Protocol We started off with a little nibble of the seasonal pickled vegetables and it was delightful. I don't even like green beans and I liked the green beans very much. The tomato confit is unbelievable. We actually counted our turns having a serving so that everybody got a little bit. It was wonderful. My daughter had the Caesar. My wife had the KARE. And I ordered the mushroom P Boy I also ordered a order of disco fries to share Everything and I mean, everything was wonderful It was like the Caesar was fresh picked. There was just enough crunchy to it. Dressing was good. My daughter loved it. what's my wife found out what Kare was, she decided with quickly. The curry in the Kare was lovely. We all shared with each other and I think this might've been the favorite. Love the poor boy. The mushrooms were perfectly breaded. A light slaw to top it off along with something that had just a little bit of zip. on the side were some beautiful greens. when did the night with a Galette three spoons for three people and that was the perfect ending? I think we decided this is our favorite restaurant in downtown amherst Great atmosphere, the disco ball came on later, everybody worked together to give us a fantastic service, and as I described, the food was wonderful and reasonably priced We joined the frequent visitor club because they said if we came enough, we would get free fries. That's a lie, but hope Springs eternal Thanks, everyone at protocol.
