We picked Pubblico Italian Eatery for dinner because it is across the street from the McCormick-Stillwater Railroad Park. We were catching the last few days of Holidays Lights while vacationing in Phoenix. I was able to make an online reservation easily for 6 at 5pm during their daily 4pm-6pm happy hour same day. The inside was spacious and more on the louder side, which we appreciated because the toddlers were hungry and more vocal. Our server was friendly, attentive, and understanding. Thank you for reminding me that happy hour was wrapping up. We ordered the margherita pizza, pepperoni pizza, the arugula salad (not part of the happy hour menu), La Salita's Vino Rosso (typical house red), and La Salita's Chardonnay (unoaked). The pizza had yummy toppings and the crust was crispy (not at all soggy or too doughy). I was not super impressed with the happy hour wines. Meh. There are two single restrooms toward the back of the restaurant. The one I went into was pretty spacious and fully stocked. Also came along with a separate urinal. All in all, a great spot close to the railroad park. They are open Sunday to Thursday from 11am to 9pm and Friday and Saturday 11am to 10pm.
