So disappointed in Publix today. Drove 4 miles to store, had to drive around parking lot several times and had to park up by 27, walk through rain only to find out they had no turkeys that were on sale. I receive lots of emails from them but no one thought to notify customers that no sale turkeys available .

Extremely frustrated and disappointed. Came into the store at 8:15pm and there were 5 people were behind the counter at the deli and two managers were standing off to the side chatting us up. Only one man was helping 6 people with their sandwich’s. You would think someone would jump in to help Joseph but no one did. It seemed like they were more concerned about leaving than taking care of customers.

The staff at Publix are always friendly and helpful. They truly make shopping a pleasure and this location lived up to and exceeded all my expectations. That is why I'm loyal...even when I'm visiting a location 170+ miles away from my home store, it feels like I'm still right at home.
