I order often from this Publix. I placed online orders. I set a time for them to be ready an hour before the time that I actually need the food to be picked up and steel. We get there a whole hour later and they still have not made the orders, they make the sandwiches and wraps sloppy pow on ingredients so when you pick it up to bite it, it falls apart because it is poorly made The Worker scramble around like they don’t know what’s going on looking for ingredients. They are always backed up on these orders no matter how many hours or days in advance. You placed the order when you come to pick it up. The order is never ready. I have spoke with several managers on several different occasions and still nothing has changed same poor service. I will not be patronizing this Publix anymore. The worst by far I rate this store a zero out of 10 will not the store overall but they’re Deli or their food department

Well, I would like to talk about the service, yes it was good but notably the cashiers do not know how to use the system for manual payments, and if it exists and is done, the only option they give you is to download the app, I was nice to them because the It was my fault for leaving my wallet, but please some cash registers that don't know how to use cash registers

Baked goods are always dry and the cookies stay burnt no matter what day or time you go. Publix cake has a reputation across the nation and this location does not live up to the standard. Find someone else or teach these people how to bake with milk or eggs or something. Make sure to take it out the oven on time too. How soft baked cookies crunchy?
