There's a reason that, as of this writing, there is nothing less than 5 star ratings for these folks. Find their truck in DC, or their restaurant. I went to the truck while at the Farmer's Market. Their Shrimp and Grits are worth every penny. Their Bead Pudding is ridiculous! I rarely write about a food truck, but I plan on bringing two full meals back on a 3 hour commute so my wife can experience the flavors.
