Worst of service! Was here with my family while transiting and was caught during the infamous shift change, where I was asked to wait 10mins which ended up atleast a 30mins wait. During this period, they were able to take in orders from another customer on a selective basis while asking me to wait though I approached them again. The new lady cashier incharge during this period, at 8:26am local time on New Year's day, was able to say she decides on the queue. While I was eventually served the experience left a sour taste which is not expected of this place as well as a transiting passenger of KLIA. Management Team, please have a look at the shift change process. I see i'm not the only one being affected. Also, instill some kindness amongst your staff.

On our layover we stopped here for lunch because we were hungry. It was a very mediocre & sad one. The staff was extremely cold to customers, very rude to a person who ordered after us. We regret spending our money here, highly suggest avoiding this place.
