I have always enjoyed The Pulp's juices and smoothies. However, my recent visit to the City Centre Deira location was disappointing due to the unhelpful and rude staff(one guy). I hope management considers providing better customer service training. Meal type: Other Price per person: AED 50–100 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very poor customer service, creating a negative environment for the customers. The only thing i asked was to make sure the blender is washed as i have allergies, the person in charge took offence to it and said it was rude of us to mention. This just happened right now at deira city center pls check the person in charge. They kept bragging about being a big organisation. Its my right as a customer to take care of myself,if i dont say who will. And i am a patient this was very rude of the person.i hsve been coming here for a long time, this is the first time it ever happened. Will not return. Thank you Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Time to get refreshed and Pulp Juice Bars never upsets you when it comes to fresh mocktail juices. Their flavours and unique and fresh. I really want to try every single one in menu one by one. And for the first time, I tried the Rapid Recovery - Watermelon, Pineapple and Mint. It was very refreshing.
