I can’t say enough good things about Pump and Crunch. We have tried many other meal prep services and they are always lacking something. My husband loves these meals which is saying a lot. The meals are fresh, balanced, and I love that the menu changes weekly. I also LOVE that they don’t come in plastic containers like every other meal prep I’ve used. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve been ordering from Pump&Crunch for a few weeks and WOW! Game changer for my schedule and health. I am a fitness instructor teaching every day of the week and having prepared meals available that are actually tasty, satisfying, and healthy has been amazing. The staff are amazing and so kind and I love every time I get to chat with them. My favorites have been the sweet potatoes with street corn and their cinnamon apple over night oats! Love the variety and new menus every week. Food: 5
