We sincerely regret that your experience turned out as you describe, especially as we know you had visited us before and had fond memories of our cuisine. During the peak season, we handle a very high volume of bookings, so we recommend booking in advance to guarantee a table. Where possible, we also try to accommodate guests without a booking, although this always depends on availability and our scheduled service rotas, so we understand that from the outside it can be confusing to see tables that are not yet occupied. In any case, we are particularly concerned about your comments regarding the service you received and the impression you were left with regarding how our team treated you.
