Dear Adrianna, We deeply regret the unfortunate incident and understand your disappointment. We aim to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our patrons and their pets. Our neutering policy is in place to ensure the well-being and comfort of all our four-legged guests, but we realize the unique needs of different breeds. Your feedback has prompted us to revisit our policies and staff training.
