I came to Pur & Simple for the very first time, and it was an amazing experience. Sukhman served us exceptionally well.she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It was my brother’s birthday, and I casually mentioned it to her while we were ordering. To our surprise, she later brought out a waffle with a candle and wished him a happy birthday. Such a thoughtful gesture truly made our day and turned our visit into a memorable experience. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel valued as guests. Had such a great breakfast this morning at Pür & Simple! Me and my friend came in for breakfast and everything was amazing. We got the lemon blueberry pancakes and the Sunshine breakfast bowl, and both were seriously so good — fresh, flavorful, and really filling. Our server, Caroline, was super attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. She checked in often, was really kind, and gave excellent service without being overbearing. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers having a good experience. Definitely one of the better breakfast spots we’ve been to lately. We’ll absolutely be back! If you have two hours for lunch, this is the place for you. 20 minute wait for a seat, which is totally fine. But after they seated us... It took an additional hour and a half to get our lunches. We watched as people who were seated much later than us get there food. The waitress seemed to avoided our table... No apologies, not a word from her. We were just about to leave when the food finally arrived. I will mention that during this extremely long wait, we had to ask several times for drink refills, and cutlery. When the food finally arrived it was actually pretty good. Maybe it's new restaurant confusion? But the staff seem to be very overwhelmed. They need to address this or the reviews will reflect there poor service. And they do not take reservations. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $80–90 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
