The whole experience was great. Went there for a birthday breakfast with my daughter and the waitress Deanne from the Kitchener location was an absolute delight from the start. Friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable and just very sweet. The food was incredible and extremely filling. Got the French toast and had to doggy bag one of them. My daughter just got the traditional, eggs, sausage, potatoe bites and sourdough toast. She had leftovers as well. Great atmosphere and extremely clean. All around great experience. Would definitely recommend. Even got a surprise waffle with a sparkle for my daughter's birthday. Thanks for the experience Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We’ve come to this location quite a few times. They always cater well to my dietary restrictions (Gluten free, no onions, no garlic, etc). James was fantastic today; he checked all of my allergies with the kitchen and answered everything patiently and positively. The service makes the experience even more pleasant It was my birthday so James treated me to a GF crepe which was super tasty. Thanks so much for your positive attitude and great service Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: lots to choose from Dietary restrictions: caters well to Gluten free, egg free, vegan, and more

Alita created a perfect customer service experience for us. We were greeted warmly, told about new menu items, and given fresh OJ samples upon arriving. Alita overheard we were celebrating a birthday, and brought a chocolate and fruit-covered waffle with sparkler to my daughter with her meal. The food was so fresh and delicious! Alita is a very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient server. We had such a great experience, we’ll be changing our usual go-to breakfast spot to the Pür & Simple in Kitchener!
