It's a pity, the staff is appealing as a number of guests note. If you want to enjoy cool service, you should go to this restaurant. As clients see it, the atmosphere is nice here. Based on the users' feedback on Google, Pure Cafe deserved 4.5.

I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at this coffee house. The service was terrible from start to finish and completely unprofessional. The staff showed no respect or basic hospitality. What made it worse was the behavior of the parking attendant. He spoke to me in a disrespectful and degrading way, clearly treating me differently because I was wearing a dishdasha and was with my family. His tone and attitude were unacceptable and felt discriminatory. No customer should ever be made to feel unwelcome or looked down on because of how they dress or who they are. I chose not to escalate the situation at the time out of respect for my family, but this kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the establishment as a whole. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place to anyone expecting basic respect and decent service.
