I've been eating here for a decade and recently things have changed, and not for the better. We ordered 3 entree last night, the $20. Noodle dish was replaced with ok but sparse for the price fried rice. The orange chicken was NOT. It was yellow in color, tasted bitter, and was TOUGH. There was no actual orange juice in it, it used to be a great dish. The moo shu pork was still good. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

We went out of our way to try someplace new and placed a to go order for four items. When we went to pick up the order I double checked with the person who helped me that our entire order was there, as the bag was tied off. They assured me that it was and went over the order with me. When we got home and opened our order, one of the items was missing. It was not worth it to drive back out of our way on a 97-degree day. The food was OK, the atmosphere was an empty restaurant. We will not be returning. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

No longer called Pure Spice (now Happy Spice, new owner). Menu seems to have been scaled down from prior offerings which may not be a bad thing, however pictures are limited and what i can’t remember by name i would always order by picture, so I guess my waistline and wallet can appreciate that :/ Prices are definitely 20-30% higher, which i partly understand due to economy, but dim sum is not supposed to be this expensive at least for a joint of this caliber. Place was empty, placed order and >30mins passed by with no food in sight Though i get that food may be steamed to order, its not a 30+ mins cook Waitress/ cashier/ food runner was serious, but friendly and accommodating. So no complaints at all on service side of things. :) Food was bland compared to multiple other times I’ve enjoyed the food here. Portions seem to have gotten smaller. I guess I’ll have to revisit other dimsum joints to update my Go To” spot :( Food: 2 Service: 4
