Was passing by Raleigh going back to Jersey and decided to stop by based on the good reviews and Im so glad we did. Got Tofu scramble and even though it was a brunch item they offered to make it for breakfast, we also got Shroom Boom and it was amazing! For smoothie I got Mago Tango and omg! Everything was delicious, great service and atmosphere. Will definitely go back if I have a chance. Been coming here for year and the food is always good! Great customer service. They have brunch which is my favorite! Get a lot of food for the price which is reasonable. My favorite dishes to get from brunch is the French toast with breakfast potatoes, and the scrambled tofu (don’t sleep on the tofu taste just like eggs). Listen!! If you do nothing else in your lifetime, PLEASE go check out Pure Vegan Cafe! The atmosphere is so calming... a beautiful space to meet friends, get work done, or just unwind and have a great time. The food?! HOT, FRESH, AND DELICIOUS! Absolutely amazing!
