If you feel hungry after gazing at Museum of Troy History, come to this confectionary restaurant to have a meal. Taste nicely cooked pies. You can have good fruitcake, blueberry muffins and Scones at Purebred Coffee. The whole impression won't be complete without bitter that is delicious here. Great espresso, chai latte or tea will make your meal better and you'll certainly come back.
The cozy atmosphere of this place allows visitors to relax after a hard working day. The high ratings of this spot would be impossible without the energetic barista. Nice service is something guests like here. This confectionary restaurant provides food at average prices. Many reviewers say that the decor is beautiful. The best 3rd wave coffee roaster in the area, and the best food of any coffee shop in the area. PC currently uses V60 and Chemex brewers, though they also serve batch brew and create many new espresso drinks (not using single origin beans for espresso currently). Their cortados are excellent! The food is amazing: giant breakfast sandwich, or bison burger, roasted sweet potatoes, or breakfast plate, and a plethora of baked goods. Because PC partners with local growers and bakers, the prices for food are higher than prepackaged generic food. Read the menu and ask questions. I believe the prices are fair to support local businesses. The baristas are friendly and helpful if you have questions. They typically get a little crowded on weekends, but early risers will have the place to themselves.

Incredible specialty coffee bar with great location in Troy, OH! Coffee is excellent with delicious pastries and other locally sourced items. Awesome atmosphere with fantastic service plus locally owned by great people who support other local businesses! We highly recommend Purebred Coffee Co.
