Normally I am not a fan of franchising chains, but in the case of Puro & Bio I am a little partial because this appears to be a successful entrepreneurial initiative based in my hometown. Since I have been living outside Forlì for a couple of decades, I only visited the ice-cream parlour for the second time yesterday. The concept is very well designed, the staff is enthusiastic, the ambience is pleasant, and the playlist of mostly Hispanic songs seemingly endless. And then comes the ice-cream itself: in one word, delicious. With some innovative flavours, too. We will definitely be back before leaving again.
