Milo, crouching on the eastern side of Etna. Milo, unscrupulous balcony on the coast with an incomparable view of Giarre and Riposto, further away Taormina and when you can see, even Calabria... I'm here this morning for a different breath, to fill my lungs with air as good as few, place where wine finds its natural cradle. I look at the mountain whose mischievous plume stretches into the sky of an exaggerated blue like all this land. And it is with these thoughts, saturated with sugary condescension that I take my first steps along the main street of this very famous village. To an attentive and imaginative ear, notes by Battiato and Dalla precede every breath and this is how I almost overwhelm an advertising stand that arrogantly occupies the center of the road. Putialab, I missed this. Gentlemen, we are talking about food and pastries in particular. My blood googles and begins the search. And here it is, a small and courageous pastry shop, and here is Silvia, owner of this dream come true. I guarantee you the photos of these wonders, very good. It deserves more than one visit, especially to enjoy good things while walking. There is a place, it's called Putialab, and all that's missing is you. Force.
