Horrible place, with terrible service, we ask for things and they don't bring them and when we go to get them they say it's over, but they don't stop by the table to let us know. 1 hour to bring a BEER and 1 caipirinha, unprepared waiters, worse than children when we say something, manager? It seems like the employees are in charge of him. Bathroom without water in the taps and toilets, for God's sake. Only the cashier's wife was the only one who was patient and polite, because the rest, don't even mention it. I will never return to this place again. Narguile already comes with small charcoal and all burnt, the essence I don't think they even put in, or if you put it in it should be as little as possible, with no quality whatsoever, whoever makes the rosh doesn't even know how to do it.
