What a great idea, and a wonderful place for a lunch. Our company had supported Autism Awareness Month last year along with Puzzles Bakery & Cafe by ordering 200+ of their Puzzle Piece Cookies and selling them to our employees and donating the money back to Autism Chapters in the capital region. As a result of our joint endeavour, I have always wanted to check them out further and had the chance to on Saturday January 14th, 2017. My husband and I were in the area shopping on Jay St and decided to grab a bite before our next stop. Originally we had thought of fast food, but I remembered Puzzles was there, and was curious to see if they were still open at 5:00pm. To my surprise, they were and actually are open until 10:00p.m. We both decided to grab one of the panini's that were offered, I opted for the half he went for the whole. I ordered the Mohawk Turkey Panini, he ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Panini. Both of us were very pleased when the food arrived shortly after being ordered. With my panini, I opted for the carrots and hummus and both were incredibly fresh, and tasty. And my spouse got the Deep River Kettle Chips, which are a retail product I have always enjoyed. We topped off our meal with a shared Puzzle Piece Sugar Cookie, which is enormous, and enough to split. If you have the chance, please check them out, not only is their food exceptional, their mission is amazing.
