Sometimes the lines are a bit hectic. Overall everyone who works there is friendly helpful and makes shopping easier. I don't think I've ever had a bad shopping experience.

In my blurry-eyed morning donut run, James was a bright smile and helpful soul. He and Jay at the front end made my visit an easy quick stop and I appreciated their help and friendly customer service
