QQ Rice is pretty near Jurong Central Park. Degust perfectly cooked rolls and good onigiri at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the staff is knowledgeable as a number of guests note. Disappointing service is something that visitors would like to improve here. Low prices are what you will pay for your meal. But most clients who use Google didn't give QQ Rice a high rating.

Staff has hearing issues. Got order wrong multiple times. Other than that, google says its closed at 945pm, i reached this outlet at 858pm and was told theyre closed. Pls do not indicate closing hour at 945 if you want to close so early. Misleading and wasted trip. Will not likely buy again. Despite poor reviews of this outlet, seems like theyre not doing anything about it to improve customer service. Does the management just not care? Do better.

Been buying the rice balls many times and it tasted really good every time. Very healthy as well. The staff is very polite and guided me in ordering the rice ball the very first time. There’s also a student discount. Will be coming back as often as I can.

What a joke, I ordered QQ porridge and picked my ingredients, but the person preparing it was so stingy with the portions that I couldn’t help but laugh. I asked for seaweed chicken and they literally gave me just one piece. It was so disappointing, it honestly made me lose interest in eating QQ Rice ever again.
