We booked a table for a family diner last Saturday. When we arrived, the guy at the reception told us very rudly that we probably did a mistake because there was no reservation. Then he said that the reservation was for the day before and that it was our mistake and they have themselves not done any mistake for the last 5 years.
Since we were 100% we made the reservation for that evening and not another one because we had a concert just afterwards, he still insisted that we must have made the mistake. This terrible employee does not deserve a job with customers contacts, he should more work in a backoffice. He was rude and arrogant and we will never go back there or recommend this place, rather the opposite. As customers, we would have expecting someone apologizing and finding a solution, not someone blaming the customers, using his words against our words. This guy must find another job...
