Fantastic dough, light fluffy n crisp .not your standard round NY NJ pie...salad was super fresh and the meatballs are spot on. Beef pork veal and plenty of panad to keep these balls soft and tender they way you love em. This place is phenomenal. We ate here once last summer and their pizza was pretty great — super-fresh ingredients, great toppings, and delicious crust. I cannot emphasize those three components enough, but their dough is next level. I’ll be honest, for eating there just once a year ago, I continued to think about Qua pizza more than I probably should admit. Fast forward a year and I’m back in the Squan and, of course, back at Qua. New pizzas and still deliciousperhaps even better than last summer. Just look at those pictures. Every. Single. Pie. Was. Amazing. The roasted eggplant thoughwow. Makes me want to try some of their other dishes so bad. Anyway, if you’re anywhere near Manasquan, do yourself a favor and grab as many pizzas as you can from Qua. So darn good.
