Im very disappointed in the setup with response to customers face to face versus mobile orders at our local Qdoba. My last 2 trips have taken more than 30 minutes face to face in establishment to get my meals and both times the time taken to place my order was extended because mobile orders were also piling in and i had to stand there for 15 minutes while i was ignored and mobile orders were prioritized. I understand both need to be done like a drive thru msybe but there must be a better way or setup than making people standing in front of you wait 20 minutes to be recognized and served. The food is great and i love it but i dont plan on returning anytime soon with this wait time low priority.
