Lynn is extremely rude and talks to customers like they’re under her. I have come in on two different occasions and have been disrespected by ONLY her each time. The first instance, when ordering she gave us an extremely unnecessary amount of attitude for ordering our bowl before our quesadilla. Raising her voice, she insisted we would “MESS UP THE FLOW” and to “DO THE QUESADILLA FIRST IT TAKES LONGER TO COOK”. Our second more recent experience, we patiently waited in line to tell her we had an online order. Typically we’re aware to head to the register with pick up orders. However, due to how busy it was we figured we’d wait in line instead. We didn’t want rush the register with more people than there already was. Instead of kindly redirecting us to go straight up to the register, she once again gave us attitude and raised her voice saying: “ONE, YOU DONT WAIT IN LINE FOR AN ONLINE ORDER.” And then proceeded to shew us off. Shortly after, she made remarks about us to a separate customer. This behavior is not only unacceptable but degrading as well. We’ve considered driving miles away to a different Qdoba to avoid having to face the embarrassment that awaits us if we order wrong in front of Lynn. Other than her, the restaurant is always clean, and food is always good. The rest of the team does an amazing job. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

The manager lady at work was literally screaming While we were eating we could hear her she was so loud also, she should not be at the customer service job because she doesn’t know how to talk to the customer politely. Best Location in the Reno-Sparks Area I live in Spanish Springs and have been to 4 of the 5 Qdoba locations in the Reno -sparks area. This is the best location in the area is the South Meadows location. (197 Damonte Ranch Pkwy Unit E, Reno, NV 89521) I frequently drive the extra 1 hour to eat at this location because Go here because: 1. Excellent customers service. There are only a few employees 2-3 all older and always friendly. 2. Excellent food quality, well seasoned meat and moist rice. 3. The portions are massive they always have to smash the lit onto the bowl and I get the same order from each location. Definitely worth paying the extra charge for double meat. The other locations I’ve been to are good nothing ordinary but the Spanish Springs one should be avoided at all costs, just drive the extra distance to another location or easier just get Chipotle. The Spanish spring location is by far the worst location. (151 Disc Dr Suites 105 & 107, Sparks, NV 89436) This isn’t a one off, it’s the normal at this location. Today 4/1/26 7pm there were 12 employees that we could see and this is the portions they give. Always tiny portions at this location and it’s painful watching them struggle to barely scoop the components almost like they are told to get as little on the spoon as possible. Let the picture speak for its self and they charged me double meat because I asked for chicken and steak. Which I’m fine paying for if the portions reflect double meat. Reasons to avoid this location: 1. Terrible customer service. Employees are all short and rude even when they have 12 members visible that we can count. Most employees here are just rude kids. 2. Food is always poor quality barely seasoned and rice is always dry. 3. Portions are tiny every time like its managements intention to give little portions. Management take note, and please give the south Reno employees a raise. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
