Update: after looking a little more i found a large piece of plastic as well I've never had any issues with this qdoba until today. I found a label in my food.

I went inside to eat and decided to use the restroom first before I ordered the entire floor where the people eat and in the bathroom looks like it had not been swept and over five years. The toilet was terribly dirty. I looked at my husband, and I said I am not eating here let’s go.

Hi Erin, we're sorry to hear that the dining area wasn't up to our standards. We will circle back with the local manager and make sure this is fixed moving forward. In the meantime, we'd love to make this right. Please reach out to us at CustomerCare@QDOBA.com, mentioning Google Case #1682614710. Thanks, we hope to see you again soon.
