I made an order through the app over the weekend. I arrived a few minutes early. when pick-up time arrived I was informed that it would be another 20 minutes or so as they had run out of chicken. I chose to wait. By the time the chicken was ready I was informed that they were now out of steak and that they wouldn't be making any more. I spent an hour waiting for nothing more than a refund and had to find something else to bring home for my kids for dinner at eight o'clock in the evening. To top it off the part of the steak that had been set aside for my order nearly an hour before, which was now cold, was dumped back into the containers at the counter to be served to others. I will drive across town to avoid ordering from this location again. this is not the first time I have dealt with subpar service here.

the food was cold, waited 40 min. for 1 item, they were understaffed and out of guacamole and steak.

I was literally just told they we’re out of guac because “Well, it’s basically the middle of winter right now and avocados don’t really grow in the winter.” Awful staff.
