The food at the restaurant was fine, but unfortunately, we had a frustrating experience with the service. The biggest issue was the language barrier, as communication in English was very poor. The staff had significant difficulty understanding our requests, and the service throughout the meal was extremely slow. Furthermore, it is off-putting that the restaurant automatically adds a 10% service charge to the bill and then explicitly asks for an additional tip on top of that. It does not create a positive impression for the customer. I would not recommend this place unless they improve their communication and reconsider their tipping policy.
