Spent my first night in Rome here after a year and the food was absolutely brilliant. The ambience was gorgeous - homey and authentic, the food and drinks definitely reflected that. Wine came straight from the barrel, Fagioli con le cotiche (beans with pork rind) is officially my new favourite antipasti, and they make it so well with just the perfect amount of roasted taste. We had an Amatriciana and Cacio e pepe and I can safely say that my year-long cravings have been fully satisfied. Their espresso came with the yummiest biscuits as well, fantastic service all round. Great value for money, not sure why there's complaints as their portions were more than generous. We'll save space for dessert next time.
