Food was great! The waitress made a mistake and then lied about it, so I got upset. She slammed a glass of pop on the table and tells me to calm down. I could tell she got mad, and that’s bad for a server. I would have spoken to the manager, but I never saw one. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

This Quaker Steak & Lube is amazing. Number one, their food is spectacular. Number two, their manager Stephanie went above and beyond tonight to make sure I was happy with my service. I had ordered food via UberEats. Almost an hour had gone by and my “driver” never picked up my food. I called the restaurant hoping to find some answers. Stephanie got on the phone and literally explained the whole process to me and was honest and said how my food has been sitting there waiting for about twenty minutes. She legit offered to remake my whole meal (which was about six items, mind you) and give it to me for free. I was amazed at how nice she was and how much she cared. Any other restaurant would have told me it’s not their problem. I will forever be going to this location. Oh! And my food was fresh and just to my liking - and I’m very picky about my wings. Def recommend.
