I want to specifically mention the team member Cynthia. I didn’t use to go to QFC in Bothell too often, but I am changing that because it is a joy to chat with Cynthia at checkout. She is very positive and always makes sure that the customers use their coupons and get the best deal for their buck. I usually shop at Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods at the Totem lake plaza, but even their exceptional customer service lacks in comparison to the true care that a customer receives when checking out at QFC when Cynthia is at the register.

The self checkout machines are ripping people off here consistently when it comes to giving change for cash. This QFC needs to be investigated by the State Attorney General for this problem and it doesn't come down to the penny issue. The machines aren't being stocked with change regularly.

The cashier was so helpful and very joyful. Honestly makes me want to come back to this very QFC. For reference, I’ve never been to a QFC although having lived in WA for over 13 years and I live up north, far, far away. That says a lot lol.
