the manager was very rude. cussed me out for no reason and tried to switch out rooms after one night. when I told him no this is the room we booked he cussed me out. we had to call the cops. do not have his name because he removed his name tag. had to take this up with their corporate office & cops. do not stay here. over by the mall has nicer places. also this hotel was not following corona virus guidelines.
