Upon my arrival, desk clerk was not wearing a mask, housekeeper was not wearing a mask in the lobby. My room smells like stinky feet. South Dakota's covid numbers are spiking. 8,955 cases to date with 135 deaths. I would hope that people employed in the hotel industry would be going above and beyond to protect the health of their guests. I brought my own pillow and sheets, and sanitized all surfaces in my room because quite frankly, I don't feel safe staying here.

would not recommend !!!! we had reservations asked if we could put a card down that they didn't need to use and they said that is fine cancled our room and to get our reservations back tried doubling the cost !!!! them wouldn't let me talk to maneger in charge !

I would not reccomend this hotel! rude assistant manager and no way to get a real manager or owners phone number. we reserved two rooms over two weeks ago for my daughters birthday party and used a card i dodnt want charged with a guarentee it wouldnt be charged if i can be there brfore 6pm. while at work i missed a phone call confirming hotel rooms. got to hotel at 4 to check in and now they want $198 per room (quoted $110) and no longer will give a military rate because they ran my card and canceled my rooms when i didnt answer! requested to talk to the manager or the owner was hung up on! called back not fing happy! WILL NOT STAY IN THAT RUN DOWN OUTDATED HOTEL FOR DOUBLE THE PRICE! i guess with all the flooding the hotel is in hot demand!
