just wanted to thank Quality Inn & Suites for my stay in New Mexico. On day two, we came back to our hotel room to find the room broken into and all belongings taken. When I say all belongs I am speaking about underwear, bras, clothing, shoes, and even tooth brushes. When notifying staff, ANGELA ISAACS the front office manager, did not want to speak to us regarding the incident. She stated and I QUOTE - I am not talking to you - you guys are drunk, high, and tweakers. When I told her that was an inaccurate statement that I work for a school district and my daugher is serving our country and that at this point, I will begin recording our phone conversation - her attitude changed slightly. Needless to say the hotel has done nothing, no compensation, no room comps, NOTHING. This incident happen on Saturday morning at approxiamtely 2:30 a.m. and I just received an email from TRISHA KOSEL, apologizing and stating they did everything to accomodate us. I don't thinks so TRISHA, you were not there and were out of the Country.
Please LIKE & SHARE THIS....SO THE INCIDENT DOESN'T HAPPEN TO SOMOENE ELSE!
